At Nutra Naturals, we stand behind the quality of our superfoods; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or consumed.

Return Process

  Ensure your product is unopened, in its original packaging, and within the 30-day purchase window.

  Email our wellness team at [email protected] with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the RA number inside the box before shipping it to our quality control center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
